A rare Yamaha G5 grand piano made in Japan in 1994

An excellent piano and rarely seen in this condition. A concert level piano which has only had two home owners since new, and is in virtually perfect condition

The G5 is extremely similar to the C5, with just a few minor changes. They are both professional level instruments

Unusually this piano is fitted from new with the official Yamaha celeste rail system, which can put a strip of felt between the hammers and strings. It is controlled by a lever under the keyboard and can be selected on or off in seconds. This significantly reduces the volume of the piano, and makes it suitable for practising even in small flats. It does not affect the action of the instrument

An outstanding piano, it has had relatively little use and mechanically and acoustically is as-new
