A Steinway & Sons Model O grand piano in a satin finish wood case

This piano was extensively restored in the fairly recent past by well respected workshop Harmony Pianos in Reading

As part of the restoration the piano had full restringing, soundboard restoration, iron frame repainted, new tuning pins, new Renner hammers, new rollers, total action overhaul and rebushing, and more

The tone and touch of this piano is particularly good and testament to the quality of the restoration work. Since restoration it has had very little use, with minimal wear to the action, which remains responsive, even and precise. We have further regulated and voiced the piano to get it to the optimum tone

The casework has faded due to light over time, however this is fairly even if you leave the lid up, which most people do all the time. Ironically these lighter wood shades are now more fashionable than the original dark wood shades, giving the piano a contemporary look which would compliment any modern or period style home
