A Steinway Model B grand piano in a rosewood high gloss case

This piano has been fully restored in the recent past and remains in outstanding playing condition

As part of the restoration this piano has had full restringing, soundboard restoration, new wrestplank, new hammers, shanks and rollers, repetition levers fully overhauled, keyboard fully overhauled (potentially replaced in the past), damper mechanism overhauled, all felts replaced and much more

At the same time the casework was also refinished in high gloss polyester over the rosewood veneer for a totally stunning finish. There are some small marks and touch ups in line with age but overall extremely attractive and a very rare finish

The action is extremely smooth and responsive and feels close to that of a new piano. Voiced to a high level of skill with the classic Steinway tone and excellent variety of tone color
