This piano has been restored in the fairly recent past, involving internal restringing, action renovation, and repolishing of the case

The black french polish is in particularly good condition with a great level of shine and only a few very minor marks and touchups. French polish is much more expensive and time consuming compared to the more common polyester finish, showing the level of care and attention to detail which was put into restoring this piano
