This piano was fully restored at some point in the fairly recent past and is in excellent playing condition

The restoration included total replacement of all action components, hammers, shanks, rollers, repetition levers, dampers. As a result the action is extremely precise and feels close to that of a new piano - we have had quite a few Chappell concert grand pianos over the years and this is by far the best action we have seen and played in one
